From design to the grounds.

Every placement is approved before anyone pays: submit your design, and the payment link follows once the Expo team has said yes.

    Choose a placement

    Pick where your brand appears and how many spaces you want.

  2. 02

    Submit your design

    Give your ad a title and a short description, and upload your artwork.

  3. 03

    We review it

    The Expo team checks your design against the placement and approves it, or asks for changes.

  4. 04

    Pay with Espees

    Once approved, a payment link appears for you here on the site. Nothing is charged before then.

  5. 05

    Your ad goes up

    Your placement is installed on the grounds for the Expo week.
